🔲 Normal Vehicles: Up to 40 years old, Unlimited Mileage.
🔲 Must Have Active Road Tax & Insurance.
🔲 VOC (Vehicle Ownership Certificate) which is a document that proves ownership of a vehicle. It's issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) of Malaysia.
🔲 1 Year + 5 Months.
Claim limit based on Engine Capacity (CC)
🔲 100cc - 250cc : RM500
🔲 251cc - 500cc : RM800
🔲 501cc - 750cc : RM1,200
🔲 751cc - 1,000cc : RM2,000
🔲 3 months from the date of registration.
🔲 30 days after the next claim.
Coverage of up to allowing for a maximum of TWO claims per year. This is valid for 12 months from the date of renewal or registration.
🔲 Must follow scheduled oil changes & maintenance via our warranty service app.
🔲 Workshop stamp upload is required for validation.
🔲 Failure to follow these terms will automatically void the coverage.
🔲 First-Party Insurance – RM200 Discount
Customers who remain claim-free for a full year are entitled to an RM200 discount on their next first-party car or motorcycle insurance renewal with us. Additionally, they will receive an RM50 discount on their extended warranty package renewal, reducing the cost from RM300 to RM250.
Example: If the standard first-party insurance premium is RM600, the customer will only need to pay RM400 upon renewal with us.
🔲 Third-Party Insurance – RM150 Discount
For customers with third-party insurance, maintaining a no-claims record for a year qualifies them for an RM150 discount on their next renewal. They will also enjoy an RM50 reduction on their extended warranty package, bringing the price down from RM300 to RM250.
Example: If the standard third-party insurance premium is RM400, the customer will only need to pay RM250 upon renewal with us.
If a repair exceeds the remaining balance, only the remaining claim limit will be covered.
Example:

🔲 RM300 will covered, customer only pays RM200 balance.
🔲 Repairs above RM500 require HQ approval before proceeding.
🔲 Mechanic submits a report (photos, diagnostic results) via WhatsApp.
🔲 Approval within 48 hours to avoid delays.
🔲 Claims are valid if repairs are done at open panel/concept workshops registered with SSM
🔲 Customers must upload service records to ensure compliance.
🔲 Customers must follow the scheduled maintenance and upload service stamps in the app.
🔲 Skipping maintenance will result in warranty being voided.

In case of a breakdown or mechanical issue, follow these steps to file a claim:
Report the Issue – Contact our HQ via WhatsApp. Provide your warranty details and a description of the problem.
Submit Required Documents – Send the following documents for verification:
Warranty certificate or policy number or vehicle number
Service records (must follow routine maintenance schedule)
Breakdown report quotation from any open concept workshop
Claim Assessment – Our team will review your claim within 1-3 working days and provide further instructions.
Approval & Repair Process – If approved, you can proceed with repairs at open concept workshop. We will cover costs up to your claim limit.
3-month cooling period applies before any claim can be made.
Emergency breakdowns within the cooling period are not covered.
If a claim is found to be fraudulent, including misrepresentation of vehicle damage, falsified invoices, or unauthorized repairs, the warranty will be immediately terminated. The customer and involved parties’ workshop may be subject to legal action and blacklisting from future services.
If a customer submits false information, modifies invoices, or attempts fake repairs, their warranty will be void Fraud Prevention Terms & Conditions
If a claim is found to be fraudulent, including misrepresentation of vehicle damage, falsified invoices, or unauthorized repairs, the warranty will be immediately terminated. The customer and involved parties may be subject to legal action and blacklisting from future services.
All repairs must be conducted at any legitimate workshop of the customer’s choice. To ensure legitimacy:
Claims for pre-existing vehicle damage will be automatically rejected. Customers must disclose all past repairs and issues before purchasing a warranty.
Customers or workshops caught committing fraud will be permanently blacklisted and banned from future warranty purchases or claims.
Fraudulent claims may result in legal prosecution under applicable laws. We reserve the right to take action against any individual or entity attempting to defraud the warranty program.
We reserve the right to randomly inspect vehicle repairs and workshop activities. High-value claims will be subject to additional verification steps, including physical inspections by our appointed technicians.
Claims must be processed through our approved claim system. Any repairs done without proper documentation will not be covered under the warranty.
By purchasing our extended warranty, the customer agrees to comply with the above terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in immediate termination of coverage.
