IZ GUARD AUTO CENTRE is an add-on to private car mechanical part that covers drivers’ vehicles who provide e-hailing services. 

The E-Hailing Extended Warranty by Iz Guard Auto Centre offers mechanical part protection for private cars used for e-hailing. With coverage for vehicles up to 40 years old and unlimited mileage, plans start from RM300 to RM450. Warranty periods for 1 year 5 months, with claim limits up to RM2,000 annually.

Package Info - E-Hailing Package

E-Hailing Extended Warranty Centre, the first pioneer in Malaysia, is an add-on coverage for private cars, protecting mechanical parts of vehicles used for e-hailing services.

Choosing the right Extended Vehicle Protection Plan for your vehicle can be difficult—but not with Iz Guard Auto. We match you with one of the highest levels of coverage in the industry at a price you can afford.

🔲 Basic Plan : RM300 

🔲 Premium Plan : RM450

🔲 Normal Vehicles: Up to 40 years old, Unlimited Mileage.

🔲 Must Have Active Road Tax & Insurance.

🔲 VOC (Vehicle Ownership Certificate) which is a document that proves ownership of a vehicle. It's issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) of Malaysia.

🔲 Basic Plan : 1 Year + 5 Months. 

🔲 Premium Plan : 1 Year + 5 Months.

🔲 Basic Plan : RM1,200 with 3 claims (RM400 + RM400 + RM400)

🔲 Premium Plan : RM2,000 with 3 claims (RM500 + RM750 + RM750)

🔲 3 months from the date of registration.

🔲 30 days after the next claim. 

🔲 Coverage of up to allowing for a maximum of three claims per year. This is valid for 12 months from the date of renewal or registration.

🔲 Must follow scheduled oil changes & maintenance via our warranty service app.

🔲 Workshop stamp upload is required for validation.

🔲 Failure to follow these terms will automatically void the coverage.

🔲 First-Party Insurance – RM200 Discount

Customers who remain claim-free for a full year are entitled to an RM200 discount on their next first-party car or motorcycle insurance renewal with us. Additionally, they will receive an RM50 discount on their extended warranty package renewal, reducing the cost from RM300 to RM250.
Example: If the standard first-party insurance premium is RM600, the customer will only need to pay RM400 upon renewal with us.

🔲 Third-Party Insurance – RM150 Discount

For customers with third-party insurance, maintaining a no-claims record for a year qualifies them for an RM150 discount on their next renewal. They will also enjoy an RM50 reduction on their extended warranty package, bringing the price down from RM300 to RM250.
Example: If the standard third-party insurance premium is RM400, the customer will only need to pay RM250 upon renewal with us.

If a repair exceeds the remaining balance, only the remaining claim limit will be covered.

Example:

🔲 Limit of claim only RM300 for each claim.

🔲 Repair cost = RM500.

🔲 RM300 will covered, customer only pays RM200 balance.

🔲 Repairs above RM500 require HQ approval before proceeding.

🔲 Mechanic submits a report (photos, diagnostic results) via WhatsApp.

🔲 Approval within 48 hours to avoid delays.

🔲 Claims are valid if repairs are done at open panel/concept workshops registered with SSM.

🔲 Customers must upload service records to ensure compliance.

🔲 Customers must follow the scheduled maintenance and upload service stamps in the app.

🔲 Skipping maintenance will result in warranty being voided.

How to Contact HQ for a Claim?

In case of a breakdown or mechanical issue, follow these steps to file a claim:

Report the Issue – Contact our HQ via WhatsApp. Provide your warranty details and a description of the problem.

Submit Required Documents – Send the following documents for verification:

Warranty certificate or policy number or vehicle number

Service records (must follow routine maintenance schedule)

Breakdown report quotation from any open concept workshop

Claim AssessmentOur team will review your claim within 1-3 working days and provide further instructions.

Approval & Repair Process – If approved, you can proceed with repairs at open concept workshop. We will cover costs up to your claim limit.

No Claims Allowed During Cooling Period

3-month cooling period applies before any claim can be made.

Emergency breakdowns within the cooling period are not covered.

Fraud Prevention Terms & Conditions

If a claim is found to be fraudulent, including misrepresentation of vehicle damage, falsified invoices, or unauthorized repairs, the warranty will be immediately terminated. The customer and involved parties’ workshop may be subject to legal action and blacklisting from future services.

Fraudulent Claims Clause

If a customer submits false information, modifies invoices, or attempts fake repairs, their warranty will be void Fraud Prevention Terms & Conditions

Fraudulent Claims Policy

If a claim is found to be fraudulent, including misrepresentation of vehicle damage, falsified invoices, or unauthorized repairs, the warranty will be immediately terminated. The customer and involved parties may be subject to legal action and blacklisting from future services.

Workshop Verification Policy

All repairs must be conducted at any legitimate workshop of the customer’s choice. To ensure legitimacy:

  • The workshop must submit an official inspection report & invoice.
  • The damaged parts must be surrendered to prevent resale or fraudulent claims.
  • Any workshop involved in fraudulent claims will be permanently blacklisted.
  • After repairs are completed, the replaced warranty parts will be covered under the workshop’s own warranty, not the extended warranty provider.
  • We act only as a facilitator for workshops to claim and as a provider for owners to pay directly at the workshop.

Workshop Verification Policy

Claims for pre-existing vehicle damage will be automatically rejected. Customers must disclose all past repairs and issues before purchasing a warranty.

Blacklisting Policy

Customers or workshops caught committing fraud will be permanently blacklisted and banned from future warranty purchases or claims.

Legal Action Clause

Fraudulent claims may result in legal prosecution under applicable laws. We reserve the right to take action against any individual or entity attempting to defraud the warranty program.

Random Audit & Inspection

We reserve the right to randomly inspect vehicle repairs and workshop activities. High-value claims will be subject to additional verification steps, including physical inspections by our appointed technicians.

No Unauthorized Third-Party Involvement

Claims must be processed through our approved claim system. Any repairs done without proper documentation will not be covered under the warranty.

By purchasing our extended warranty, the customer agrees to comply with the above terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in immediate termination of coverage.

No Duplicate Claims

Customers cannot claim for the same repair twice in a single warranty year.

If the issue reoccurs, they must show proof of prior repair.

Wear & Tear Exclusions

No coverage for:

  • Tires, brake pads, clutch plates
  • Belts, hoses, spark plugs, air filters
  • Any components classified as wear & tear

 

Only a part that shows on schedule package only are covered.

Clear Service & Payment Compliance

Road tax & insurance must be active at the time of claim.

Missed routine maintenance = claim rejected.
